Target Audience
The Civil Information Headquarters directs its efforts toward as broad and diverse a target audience as possible, focusing on those outside Israel’s existing support base, with particular emphasis on democratic Western countries.

Within the target audience are subgroups proven to be especially significant, yet requiring dedicated attention. To address this, we established four focused branches, each designed with tailored approaches and specific strategic methods:
An LGBTQ+ action team that mobilizes global community members through dedicated content and partnerships with international organizations.
A women’s action team partnering with women’s organizations to engage women worldwide through tailored content and international collaboration.
An action team partnering with the National Student and Youth Council to engage youth worldwide through age-specific content and virtual meetings.
An action team focused on recruiting Arabic speakers for advocacy efforts by identifying individuals deeply familiar with the language and culture.
